Richard Cacciato serves as Executive Producer, overseeing the creative, technical and production side of web development and related projects. His extensive business and technology experience has been applied at Blue Iceberg to the benefit of clients such as EuroRSCG MVBMS Partners, masius (a division of Publicis), Merrill Lynch, and News Corporation. Richard's strategic perspective stems from his experience in financial analysis, strategic planning and product management while with Procter & Gamble and Bristol-Myers Squibb in Europe and the US. At Procter & Gamble, he was responsible for financial control of six major brands for P&G Italy, including Mastro Lindo (Mr. Clean), Lenor (Downy), and the Camay soap line, and was a lead coordinator for the Camay Bath and Shower Foam European rollout. At Bristol-Myers, Richard was a member of the Therapeutic Mineral Ice acquisition team and was in Product Management on Excedrin, Bristol-Myers' flagship $100+ million analgesic brand. He was subsequently VP of Marketing and Sales for Yates Furniture Systems, a manufacturer of contract office furniture. Richard received his BA cum laude from Yale and MBA from Columbia. He has been a speaker at direct marketing conferences, a blogger at Ad:tech NYC, and a Delegate to the Association of Yale Alumni. He serves on the Board of Directors of St. Matthew's and St. Timothy's Neighborhood Center in Manhattan and is Chairman of the New York chapter of the Procter & Gamble Alumni Association. Raised in Europe, Richard is fluent in English, Italian, French and German, and has dual U.S. and Italian citizenship.

Natalie Yates oversees Blue Iceberg's business development and client relationship management. Her extensive experience in general management, purchasing and marketing at Yates Furniture Systems and CPI, two closely-held contract office furniture manufacturing companies, imparts a pragmatic, results-oriented approach to Blue Iceberg's client relationships. Her perspective of running complex "bricks-and-mortar" businesses has allowed Natalie to help new and established organizations, such as The Courtney Group, Safe Horizon and Rutgers Marine and Coastal Sciences add "clicks to the bricks." Her customer-focused approach has integrated web projects seamlessly into clients' business and communications strategies. Educated in Europe and the USA, she is fluent in French and conversant in German and Italian. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Central Park Brass. Natalie received her BA from Yale and has been a nationally-ranked squash player.
