Methodology

At Blue Iceberg we've developed a 5-step proprietary methodology for implementing strategic website initiatives. We call it our Blueprint for Action:

1. Project Discovery & Definition
In this critical stage, we work with you to conduct research, market assessment and positioning. Using tools such as online surveys, focus groups and interviews we gather and analyze data that will be the foundation for a successful initiative.

2. Strategic Planning
Together, we determine a web strategy with realistic objectives and expectations; we establish resources, requirements and budget; and we identify appropriate content, media and technology platforms to be developed and integrated.

3. Execution
Based on the research, needs and strategy, we develop and test the concepts. In consultation with you, we carry out prototype design, programming and production, as well as relevant content generation and media production.

4. Delivery & Launch
On approval of prototype, we complete development, test and launch. Related promotional initiatives, such as search engine optimization or offline promotional materials may also be performed at this stage.

5. Ongoing Maintenance and Support
Creation of a website is just the tip of the iceberg. Like any marketing initiative, a website is always “work in progress.” We tailor a program of support commensurate with your needs.
